Software Engineer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain backend services, APIs, and integrations with an AI-centric methodology.

• Integrate artificial intelligence tools into the development process to boost productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Participate in solution architecture and data modeling efforts.

• Implement automated testing and enhance performance optimization.

• Adhere to best practices in software engineering, security, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in backend development and the creation of REST APIs.

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language, ideally Clojure or Java, though any technology stack is acceptable.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with Git, automated testing, and established software development best practices.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.

• Practical experience with AI-driven development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable tools).

• Capability to leverage AI for code generation, review, refactoring, and testing, along with thorough validation of outcomes.
