Software Engineer – Junior/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of the core platform, working on both sides of the stack (backend Kotlin/Quarkus, frontend React/Angular)

• Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, including backend, frontend, UX/UI, and business analysts

• Management of end-to-end functionalities: from client discussions to deployment

• Work on event-driven architectures (Kafka) and non-relational data modeling (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

⛳️ Requirements

• Good programming fundamentals and a genuine desire to learn

• Strong understanding of architectural patterns for more advanced candidates

• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable) with TypeScript

• Familiarity with Git and trunk-based workflow

• Fluent in Italian

• Previous experience in web application development, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments
