Software Engineer, Java/Spring Boot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, scale, and enhance software products, applications, and platforms tailored to client requirements and business objectives.

• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to create effective technical solutions.

• Clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in architectural discussions, advocate for engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud-based environments.

• Acquire knowledge and adapt to a diverse range of technologies, tools, and client environments.

• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic consulting setting.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Attend two company-wide events each year and occasionally travel for client or team requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development.

• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Proven track record of building and scaling web-based software products or applications.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently across various projects and technologies.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Argo CD, MongoDB Atlas, React, Go, Python, or C#/.NET is highly desirable.

• Strong desire to learn and implement new skills.

• Proficient in developing web-based software or mobile applications.

• Ability to work with various tools and adapt to different client settings.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
