Software Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and constructing agentic AI workflows that automate intricate data management tasks.

• Transform current UI-driven workflows into AI-enhanced, CLI-driven pipelines.

• Play a role in a multi-phase platform transition that updates legacy services with contemporary APIs and advanced tooling.

• Collaborate with production systems handling healthcare data for thousands of providers across the nation.

• Utilize Java/Spring, Python, TypeScript, AI coding assistants, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS, Git, code review workflows, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

• Engage in virtual meetings with camera enabled to foster collaboration and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, graduating between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027.

• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, or TypeScript.

• Genuine passion for software development, evidenced through personal projects, side applications, open-source contributions, or a GitHub/GitLab profile.

• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

• Camera usage is mandatory for all virtual meetings.

• Candidates must successfully pass a drug test prior to commencing employment.

• Must meet United States employment eligibility verification standards.

• Bonus: experience with agentic AI workflows, multi-step pipelines, or programmatic LLM tools.

• Interest in understanding the integration of various systems.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Curiosity regarding large-scale real-world systems.
