This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop, manage, and improve the proprietary clinical data analytics repository.
• Plan, direct, and supervise projects utilizing project management methodologies to adhere to timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients and IT departments.
• Examine and investigate business challenges, system implications, and the feasibility of automation.
• Create IT solutions by employing structured methodologies and aligning with PMO standards.
• Facilitate customer meetings to clarify and fulfill requirements.
• Design cutting-edge solutions using both emerging and established technologies while evaluating implementation viability.
• Generate test data and execute program and system evaluations.
• Support clients with acceptance criteria and assess the effectiveness of solutions.
• Maintain and improve programs, systems, scripts, stored procedures, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
• Assess and choose vendor software, integrating it with current systems.
• Act as a central point for resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries.
• Investigate new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Operate independently and collaboratively with project teams while adjusting to evolving client priorities.
• Communicate through presentations, documentation, and various forms of communication.
• Provide support after hours to assist clients and IT initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of pertinent IT experience.
• 2 years of background in data analytics.
• Familiarity with analysis and design principles.
• Knowledge of database management technologies, data modeling techniques, and database platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages, testing tools, and productivity applications.
• Ability to interpret and implement client business practices, procedures, and concepts.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience with server technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and the ability to parse complex clinical data formats.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics platforms, including claims and clinical data.
• Knowledge of clinical data formats, including organizing, mapping, and presenting insights and opportunities.
• Experience with HL7 and FHIR.
• Familiarity with clinical data formats including CCD, ADT, and Labs.
• Proficient in C#, Node.js, Python, SQL, Informatica, and REST API.
• Strong communication skills for presentations, documentation, and all forms of communication.
• Capability to multitask, adapt to shifting client priorities, and work independently or within a project team.
• Willingness to provide off-hours support for clients and IT initiatives.
• May be subject to background checks.
