Software Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create innovative software for the Nextech product suite.

• Develop software within a Scrum framework.

• Program in C#, JavaScript, and SQL, utilizing Angular for responsive user interfaces.

• Engage in stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers.

• Follow coding standards and produce readable, scalable code.

• Create unit tests and implement CI/CD for automation.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in software development.

• Participate in peer code reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Address issues identified during code reviews.

• Assist Scrum Masters in eliminating sprint impediments.

• Clarify project requirements with Product Owners and provide development estimates.

• Support team members in achieving sprint objectives and contribute to process enhancements.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned based on business requirements.

• Ensure all activities adhere to EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C#, Angular, and SQL.

• At least 7+ years of experience in the industry.

• Minimum of 3+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server and crafting advanced queries.

• A comprehensive, full-stack approach to software development.

• Experience in building robust, scalable microservice back ends.

• Willingness to mentor junior engineers.

• Aspiration to implement zero-downtime deployments through coding innovations.

• Experience in bringing a product to market.

• Capability to write clean code and develop unit tests.

• Personal motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment while taking ownership of deliverables.
