This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Administer, develop, and provide application support for end users.
• Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software.
• Create and implement embedded-device and system software from the requirements phase to deployment.
• Evaluate code and software designs.
• Configure and integrate third-party software components and technologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network, operating system, and technical solution issues in customer environments.
• Address escalated software bugs and reproduction requests.
• Document incidents and requests, engaging appropriate service resources for resolution.
• Offer limited after-hours and on-call support as necessary.
• Review and develop testing documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
• Show sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for achieving solutions.
• Experience with various development programs.
• Ability to quickly grasp customer support processes, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of configuring third-party software components and technologies.
• Capability to perform root cause analysis for network, operating system, and other technical issues.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively and remotely using communication tools.
• Skill in multitasking and self-organization, including prioritizing activities.
• Experience utilizing monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: familiarity with system administration.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Capability to navigate within an office environment.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Strong communication skills.
• Some roles may require occasional repetitive motion or wrist, hand, and finger movements.
