This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Independently design and develop products for customers and team members.
• Create, implement, and maintain production applications.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and product management teams to develop secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
• Document, review, and ensure compliance with quality and change control standards.
• Work alongside the Product Team to prepare user stories that are developer-ready, clear, and testable.
• Write code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and testing scenarios.
• Develop code or scripts for destructive testing and ensuring production resilience.
• Execute program configuration, modification, and setup tasks on large-scale projects.
• Customize commercial off-the-shelf solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and proactive responses to issues.
• Engage in both formal and informal learning and experimentation activities.
• Collaborate with team members in agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
• Build partnerships and work together to achieve common goals.
• Provide support for configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring as needed.
• Candidates must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in software development or engineering is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities is required.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and at least one object-oriented programming language, with a preference for Java.
• Experience in developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, LLMs, or AI-powered services.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI/Azure AI services, or similar technologies.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with source code management and version control systems, preferably Git.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and cloud-native application development, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment tools.
• Experience in building and supporting microservice-based architectures and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging, monitoring, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Exposure to AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, model tuning, or MLOps practices.
• Understanding of security frameworks for user and service authentication and authorization.
• Experience in creating and executing unit, functional, integration, performance, and automated tests.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and agile development methodologies.
