Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

• Create adaptable and sustainable solutions in accordance with guidelines, requirements, and industry standards.

• Participate in and adhere to software development processes and protocols.

• Record software modifications, best practices, and standards.

• Stay updated with tools, technologies, programming best practices, and industry benchmarks through ongoing training and development.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of technical training and work experience is required.

• Generally, 3+ years of experience in a professional technical setting is expected.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software design and development is preferred.

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean methodologies.

• Fundamental knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Classic ASP, VB Script, Entity Framework, WPF, JavaScript, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, MSMQ, and NServiceBus is required.

• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control systems is preferred.

• Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
