This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Conduct research, design, implement, and maintain software applications in line with user specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy efficient code.
• Integrate AI coding tools into the daily workflow.
• Offer recommendations regarding design and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with a new engineering team focused on creating a platform for a Scholarship Granting Organization from the ground up.
• Assist in developing functionalities for donation collection, evaluating family eligibility for scholarships, and fund distribution.
• Convert customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Engage in communication with team members and stakeholders on intricate matters.
• Oversee multiple priorities while contributing to ongoing improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills and competencies.
• A logical, analytical, and creative mindset for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for discussing complex issues within a team.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the current technology stack, including .NET and Angular, with a preference for a willingness to learn rather than specific technology experience.
