Software Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain full-stack functionalities for AI-driven healthcare applications

• Create contemporary frontend interfaces utilizing frameworks such as React or Next.js

• Develop and manage backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or comparable technologies

• Incorporate AI and data-centric features into product workflows

• Utilize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for application deployment and scalability

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver new features

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

• Diagnose and resolve production issues

• Continuously enhance system performance, reliability, and security

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience

• Experience in developing full-stack web applications

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)

• Experience in building REST APIs or backend services

• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing methodologies

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative work ethic
