This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, develop, and refine Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Web Components, and Flows.
• Establish and uphold integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Enhance and tailor Agentforce functionalities to deliver intelligent, context-sensitive employee experiences.
• Utilize Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI capabilities to introduce automation and insights into marketing and sales processes.
• Engage in AI and ML projects, including the integration of large language models and generative AI into business operations.
• Design and maintain front-end applications leveraging React.js, Next.js, and Web Components.
• Assist back-end services, APIs, and automation utilizing Node.js, Python, Azure, and AWS.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, data teams, and business partners to transform ideas into high-caliber software solutions.
• Take part in Agile development methodologies, peer code reviews, and team discussions that promote technical excellence and innovation.
• Deliver scalable applications that drive marketing operations, streamline business processes, and enhance efficiency, intelligence, and user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with at least one major programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Practical experience in Salesforce development including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components.
• Exposure to Agentforce and Einstein Copilot or comparable AI-enabled Salesforce tools.
• Acquainted with web development frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or similar, and contemporary front-end architecture.
• Proficient in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, SFDX CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in AI and ML technologies, generative AI models such as GPT, and their application in business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Background check required as a condition of employment.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Platform App Builder, Admin, Agentforce, or Data Cloud are considered bonus qualifications.
• Experience with Python or Node.js for automation, data workflows, or analytics is a bonus qualification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or test automation is a bonus qualification.
• Experience in applying AI or automation to marketing or business processes is a bonus qualification.
