This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Data Operations, and fellow Engineers to create exceptional product experiences.

• Design and develop features that enhance user onboarding, promote product adoption, and foster long-term engagement.

• Assist in creating experiments to validate product concepts and assess their impact on customers.

• Engage in technical discussions and cooperate on solutions that balance customer satisfaction with technical excellence.

• Produce well-tested, maintainable, and high-performance code.

• Prototype solutions and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback and product insights.

• Take part in code reviews, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• At least 1 year of experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Proficient in building modern web applications employing React and TypeScript.

• Experience in developing full-stack web applications and features for customer interaction.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with crafting efficient database queries and managing application data.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
