Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance comprehensive full-stack applications and scalable system architecture.

• Create and improve RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange between systems.

• Build cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS and Azure with Infrastructure as Code methodologies.

• Develop and oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.

• Enhance release quality through the use of automated testing, monitoring, and rollback strategies.

• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design cohesive solutions.

• Participate in architectural decisions, advocate for engineering best practices, and provide mentorship to peers.

• Identify inefficiencies within systems and enact improvements for performance, scalability, and developer productivity.

• Deliver secure and compliant enterprise-grade software that supports mission-critical operations in healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least four years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core, or equivalent hands-on expertise.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Angular, React.js, Next.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

• Solid understanding of full-stack development, API design, and the development of cloud-native applications.

• Expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure services, cloud architecture, and security best practices in regulated environments.

• Ability to utilize AI tools for coding, testing, optimization, and decision-making processes.

• Experience creating headless web applications via REST APIs.

• Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical communication.

• Experience with React Native is a plus.

• Familiarity with HL7 and HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
