This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and sustain the user interface for the Falcon cybersecurity platform.
• Take ownership of the policy framework that drives endpoint sensor configuration across the Falcon platform.
• Create reusable policy pages and components for integration by other product teams.
• Collaborate effectively with front-end engineers, cloud engineers, product management, and SDETs.
• Manage features from design to delivery, including automated testing and code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for accessibility, performance, and scalable component architecture.
• Develop tools and identify enhancements that boost team productivity and improve the developer experience.
• Leverage AI to expedite development processes.
• Engage in planning and reviews to shape the product roadmap and technical architecture.
• Provide and receive feedback constructively.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings that may require some travel.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing features for web applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience in building web application user interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid web development fundamentals, including HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Comfort in utilizing AI tools as part of the development workflow.
• Demonstrated experience in employing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI (bonus).
• Experience with graphics and visualization tools like D3 or ThreeJS (bonus).
• Understanding of client-side build processes and tools such as Ember CLI or Webpack (bonus).
• Background in creating or contributing to open-source projects (bonus).
• Knowledge of websocket and real-time web services (bonus).
• Experience with UI performance measurement and optimization (bonus).
• Familiarity with web accessibility testing and support (bonus).
