This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +6 more states.
• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications utilizing React and Next.js.
• Create customer-facing features for the eCommerce store, subscription platform, customer portal, and internal tools.
• Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Enhance page performance, Core Web Vitals, and frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, marketing, operations, and engineering teams.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
• Participate in feature planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Enhance application usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Review pull requests and uphold high development standards.
• Refactor existing codebases to improve maintainability and performance.
• Identify and resolve bugs proactively before they affect customers.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to deployment.
• Actively identify technical enhancements to elevate customer experience.
• Contribute innovative ideas to refine development workflows and engineering processes.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Excellent proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Strong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in using Git within collaborative development environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Hydrogen.
• Background in building eCommerce or subscription-based applications.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with state management libraries like Zustand or Redux.
• Understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Vercel deployment workflows and modern CI/CD pipelines.
