This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the AI pairing pipeline: the tools, integrations, and workflows that enable every engineer to collaborate effectively with AI assistants as genuine productivity allies.

• Create and implement an automated ticket generation system that transforms product signals, operational alerts, and customer feedback into engineering work items ready for sprints.

• Construct developer tools that minimize friction throughout the engineering lifecycle, from local development environments to deployment and observability.

• Contribute to the program for non-engineer contributions by establishing the technical guardrails, review workflows, and quality gates that permit non-engineers to securely commit code.

• Measure and assess the impact of every Enablement tool and process, utilizing that data for ongoing improvements.

• Collaborate with engineers across the organization to grasp their challenges and pinpoint the most impactful opportunities for Enablement investment.

• Keep abreast of the swiftly changing landscape of AI developer tools and assess new tools and techniques for potential implementation at Capacity.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience with a solid foundation in backend systems, APIs, and automation.

• Practical experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, tool utilization, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.

• Experience in developing internal developer tools, automation pipelines, or platform infrastructure.

• Proficient programming skills; experience with Go (Golang) and/or Python is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and related platforms.

• Experience in building integrations with project management and engineering tools like Jira, GitHub, or Linear is a significant advantage.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where scope and priorities may shift.

• Strong communication abilities: capable of gathering requirements from engineers and translating them into well-designed tooling solutions.
