Software Engineer, CDP – Stablecoin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance smart contract capabilities for minting, burning, and managing custom stablecoin supply, collaborating closely with senior engineers on design and security evaluations.

• Create backend services that facilitate onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.

• Work alongside engineers, designers, and product managers to transform the stablecoin roadmap into delivered features every quarter.

• Build reporting, monitoring, and internal tools that enhance reliability and operational excellence for the team.

• Produce high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and smart contract areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining production backend services.

• Familiarity with writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar EVM languages, or a proven capacity to quickly learn new technical areas with guidance.

• Comfort in working within a service-oriented architecture and contributing to well-established systems at scale.

• Knowledge of Golang and blockchain fundamentals, including Ethereum or comparable EVM chains.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with appropriate human oversight and human-in-the-loop practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in everyday workflows.

• Capability to produce business-ready outputs and achieve measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
