Software Engineer – Blockchain Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Accountable for planning and designing security-related products, setting the technical roadmap, and executing the construction and coding of key modules and core frameworks.

• Establish and apply architectural standards and best practices, oversee the maintenance of underlying infrastructure/architecture, develop and maintain tools that automate operational tasks and enhance engineering productivity, and offer automated continuous delivery and on-demand capacity management solutions.

• Engage directly with user requirements, create corresponding APIs for client delivery, and nurture customer relationships to continuously elevate customer satisfaction.

• Detect and resolve technical issues within back-end systems, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.

• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems to optimize products for maximum speed and scalability.

• Design and develop libraries and frameworks that will be utilized by internal clients, enhancing development efficiency and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of full-stack development experience in a comparable role supporting large-scale production systems, ideally with 2-3 years in the Crypto or Security domain.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle, with experience in various stages, and proven programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.

• Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks, common distributed system components, caching, messaging, and other relevant mechanisms.

• Ability to design systems independently, with experience in creating, developing, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems that handle high concurrency and high availability.

• Possess business acumen, able to identify challenges in business requirements and system architecture design, while providing effective solutions.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage stress and quickly acquire new knowledge.
