Software Engineer, Blockchain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Architecture & Scalability: Design and enhance robust blockchain product architecture, prioritizing scalability, security, and peak performance.

• Smart Contract Lifecycle: Participate in the comprehensive development, integration, and internal auditing of high-value smart contracts across decentralized protocols.

• R&D and PoCs: Perform advanced technical research and carry out proof-of-concept (PoC) experiments to innovate new features within the DeFi sector.

• Cross-Chain Innovation: Create and advance cross-chain interoperability solutions, including atomic swaps and sophisticated bridging infrastructure.

• Gas Optimisation: Conduct in-depth analysis of execution efficiency, crafting logic with a strong emphasis on gas conservation and low-latency performance.

• Security & Audit Collaboration: Methodically assess attack vectors, implement stringent security protocols, and collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launches.

• Engineering Excellence: Advocate for thorough code reviews, establish effective CI/CD pipelines for Web3, and work closely within the engineering ecosystem to enhance our technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Footprint: Demonstrated professional software development experience, with a focused expertise in production-grade blockchain engineering and decentralized architectures.

• EVM & Protocol Mastery: Profound native understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, smart contracts, and the foundational mechanics of decentralized applications (dApps).

• Language Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience in development using Solidity, Yul, or Rust.

• Scaling & Infrastructure: Experience in deploying to Layer 2 solutions (Optimistic & ZK Rollups) or working with cross-chain protocols.

• Security Focus: A robust grounding in smart contract security principles, including vulnerability mitigation and testing methodologies.
