This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Conducting research and developing blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms.

• Creating comprehensive design documents and testing strategies aligned with project requirements.

• Encouraging the sharing of technical expertise within the team.

• Providing support to the community through effective communication and thorough documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience, including design and development in blockchain, distributed systems, or related fields.

• A strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, with the capability to quickly execute POC (Proof of Concept) development and validation.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly adept in smart contract development using Solidity.

• Significant experience in cryptography and blockchain, with familiarity with mainstream blockchain platforms and their fundamental algorithms.

• Experience in contributing to or developing open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Ability to quickly read and comprehend English papers and materials, with strong research skills and self-motivation.
