Software Engineer – Back-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Begin coding and deploying in your initial week, delivering significant features within your first few months.

• Develop and maintain production services that handle high call volumes.

• Aim for exceptional availability for both consumer and enterprise clients.

• Acquire skills in infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Engage collaboratively with various internal teams, including Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data, to provide outstanding product solutions for our customers.

• Contribute to a strong engineering culture that prioritizes documentation, testing, and user experience.

• Assess current systems and technologies while recommending scalable systems and architectures for the future.

• Have the chance to mentor new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses over 5 years of relevant experience in back-end development.

• Exhibits strong software engineering principles, including an understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Shows determination when confronted with challenging technical problems.

• Has some familiarity with AWS or other cloud services (GCP, Azure, etc.).

• Experienced in building, deploying, and troubleshooting production systems at scale.

• Values the end-user experience and is committed to ensuring high quality.

• Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work effectively, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and excel in fast-paced, results-oriented settings.
