⛳️ Requirements

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++, or a similar language.

• Proven history of building scalable services and APIs.

• Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.

• Strong instincts for code review.

• Experience in designing test strategies, building and maintaining extensive test suites, diagnosing flaky tests, or enhancing testing standards within a team is a significant advantage.

• Proven track record in backend development, successfully delivering high-quality and efficient projects.

• Demonstrated ability in identifying and resolving software bugs and system bottlenecks.

• Experience with codebase refactoring and implementing complex features in large-scale applications.

• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and fundamental concepts in computer science.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication abilities.

• Candidates must complete screening questions, participate in a roughly 30-minute AI interview, and may be required to undertake a technical assessment.
