• Strong proficiency in software engineering, particularly with C#/.NET and React, to create high-quality, scalable solutions.

• An inherent motivation to independently interpret high-level directives, explore alternatives, and provide clear technical recommendations.

• Comfort with exploring and leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cloud Code, or Windsurf to boost engineering productivity.

• A solid grounding in infrastructure support, including debugging across a complete technology stack and managing cloud infrastructure.

• Excellent collaborative communication skills, emphasizing constructive dialogue, knowledge sharing, and involvement in code reviews.

• A quality-first approach demonstrated through the regular application of test-driven and trunk-based development practices.
