Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the development team by automating repetitive internal tasks.

• Create automation solutions for internal processes, both within engineering and across various departments.

• Prioritize and resolve the bug backlog, including issues related to AI-generated code.

• Monitor and address internal security alerts as well as error notifications.

• Manage backlog tasks and ensure compliance with internal requirements.

• Develop internal dashboards and reporting tools for the engineering team.

• Write scripts and prompts; manage context and determine the appropriate model for each task.

• Verify the reliability of code generated by agents and models prior to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript and Node.js.

• Practical knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Experience in building and utilizing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and webhooks.

• Familiarity with MCP (Must have).

• Proficiency with version control (Git) and standard development tools.

• Experience with serverless architecture or Terraform is a plus.

• Genuine fluency in AI-assisted development, including coding agents like Cursor or Claude Code, prompting, and automating personal workflows.

• A tendency to leverage AI for accelerated learning and addressing knowledge gaps.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Above-average proficiency in written and spoken English.
