Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Development of software utilizing Java, JavaScript, and a variety of scripting languages.

• Creation of data models and web APIs, as well as the generation of software tasks derived from system requirements.

• Conducting requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration testing of software, along with troubleshooting and debugging of the system.

• Immediate tasks will encompass enhancing and maintaining the current system, in addition to the design, development, and documentation of new features.

• Utilization of Atlassian Tools for daily tasks within the Scrum framework.

• Implementation of web services, data persistence access features, and external interfaces.

• Collaborating closely with front-end and database engineers to ensure comprehensive feature development.

• Adhering to Agile software development practices and team architecture standards.

• Assisting in the creation of CI/CD pipelines within the Azure Cloud Environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field in software engineering.

• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience in software development with Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and other Object-Oriented Programming languages.

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments (e.g., Docker, Ansible, Jenkins) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Perl).

• Preferred experience with Azure Cloud.

• Knowledge of Version Control Systems such as Git and/or Bitbucket.
