This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance features across the entire stack, from the user interface that specialists interact with, through the APIs and services that support it, down to the underlying data and integration layers.
• Create the internal Experience Center portal utilized by our specialists, which includes case workflows, agent support, supervisor dashboards, and administrative tools.
• Establish and maintain integrations that provide customer context, AI-generated responses, and back-office data to specialists at the point of contact.
• Design the API and service layer that categorizes incoming inquiries, compiles customer context, and directs tasks to the appropriate specialist with a prepared summary.
• Develop data-driven views and reporting within Snowflake to offer supervisors and operations leadership insights into volume, queue health, and agent efficiency.
• Regularly employ AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily routine, in a team that has made substantial investments in these tools and has cultivated effective usage strategies.
• Explore new AI tools, models, and methodologies as they become available, and share successful patterns with the team.
• Write, test, and deploy services on AWS using serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB) alongside modern CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate workflow research and operational interviews into deliverable features.
• Oversee, diagnose, and continuously enhance the systems you develop.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a software engineer developing web applications, APIs, or internal business software.
• Proficiency in working across the entire stack: front end, back end, data, and integration.
• Practical experience deploying production applications on AWS utilizing serverless components.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Proficient in REST and event-driven APIs, including aspects such as authentication, error handling, and retry semantics.
• Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your development process, along with a curiosity to explore new tools.

• Experience working within an Agile delivery framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
