• Design and execute full-stack product experiences that integrate frontend, backend APIs, data models, permissions, service integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Transform the Nylas Dashboard into a swift, refined, and unified control panel for developers and technical teams.
• Create AI-driven and agent-oriented experiences that assist users in configuring products, understanding errors, debugging integrations, applying best practices, and enhancing the operation of Nylas.
• Collaborate across various Nylas product domains, including Email, Calendar, Scheduler, Notetaker, Inbound Email, Transactional Send, Domains, Logs, and Agent Accounts.
• Work in partnership with backend and platform teams to craft clean APIs and service boundaries that foster outstanding user experiences.

• Develop reusable abstractions and common patterns that enable other engineering teams to deliver product interfaces consistently.
• Enhance onboarding, activation, self-service configuration, troubleshooting, and product discovery within the Dashboard.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, backend engineering, platform engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• A proactive approach to shipping. You act swiftly, iterate based on feedback, and maintain high standards for quality without becoming mired in lengthy planning cycles.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in your development workflow, along with insights on how they can enhance engineering productivity and product experiences.
