Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI Fabric platform services, APIs, microservices, and web applications.

• Provide support for bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, routing, integrations, and platform operations.

• Create scalable cloud-native and event-driven solutions.

• Develop and enhance LiveKit-based voice and real-time communication capabilities.

• Integrate voice, media, AI, routing, transfer, and telephony systems.

• Construct frontend experiences for self-service onboarding, administration, monitoring, and operational management.

• Implement enterprise integrations with AI/ML, Conversational AI, contact center, CRM, backend, and third-party systems.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, monitoring, and production-readiness standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues effectively.

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.

• Utilize enterprise-approved AI development tools to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and delivery efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Excellent programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, Kafka/event streaming, CI/CD, and production support.

• Solid frontend development experience using React, Angular, Vue, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Capability to build responsive web applications and user interfaces.

• Experience in designing secure enterprise integrations, APIs, and backend systems.

• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

• Experience with Conversational AI, chatbot platforms, AI/ML, voice/telephony, or real-time communication systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.

• Familiarity with LiveKit and real-time voice/communication platforms is a plus.

• Experience with Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, or other contact center/telephony platforms is advantageous.

• Experience with chatbot or conversational AI solutions is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Databricks, advanced AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, or multi-provider AI platforms is a plus.

• Experience in building self-service platforms, administration portals, operational dashboards, or enterprise-scale AI/contact center solutions is a plus.
