Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create reusable services, APIs, microservices, and web applications for the AI Fabric platform.

• Develop secure integrations, facilitate conversation orchestration, and enable intelligent routing and transfer capabilities.

• Create and maintain voice and real-time communication solutions based on LiveKit.

• Establish self-service experiences for onboarding, administration, monitoring, and platform operations.

• Enforce standards for reliability, observability, security, and production readiness across all platform services.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions for enterprises.

• Utilize modern engineering practices and AI tools to enhance development productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Assist in the delivery of the AI Fabric Platform, accelerating conversational AI capabilities through shared services for bot onboarding, orchestration, routing, integrations, observability, voice infrastructure, and production readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Go.

• Extensive experience with GCP or Azure and modern CI/CD methodologies.

• Strong understanding of system design, event-driven architectures, scalability, security, reliability, and observability.

• Proficient in developing modern web applications using React or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with CloudFlare.

• Experience with enterprise integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Knowledge of LiveKit, conversational AI, contact center technologies, voice/telephony, Kafka, Databricks, or AI/ML technologies is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work independently.
