Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop reusable services, APIs, microservices, and web applications for the AI Fabric platform.

• Establish secure integrations, conversation orchestration, intelligent routing, and transfer functionalities.

• Design and maintain voice and real-time communication solutions based on LiveKit.

• Develop self-service tools for onboarding, administration, monitoring, and platform operations.

• Apply standards for reliability, observability, security, and production readiness across platform services.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging modern engineering methodologies and AI tools to enhance development productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Assist in delivering an AI Fabric Platform that accelerates conversational AI capabilities throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems with Go.

• Extensive experience with GCP or Azure and contemporary CI/CD methodologies.

• Strong understanding of system design, event-driven architectures, scalability, security, reliability, and observability.

• Experience in developing modern web applications utilizing React or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with CloudFlare.

• Background in enterprise integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Experience with LiveKit, conversational AI, contact center, voice/telephony, Kafka, Databricks, or AI/ML technologies is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work independently.
