Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement reusable services, APIs, microservices, and web applications for the AI Fabric platform.

• Develop secure integrations, manage conversation orchestration, and enable intelligent routing and transfer functionalities.

• Design and maintain voice and real-time communication solutions based on LiveKit.

• Establish self-service experiences for onboarding, administration, monitoring, and operational management of the platform.

• Enforce standards for reliability, observability, security, and readiness for production across all platform services.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions for enterprises.

• Promote continuous improvement by employing modern engineering practices and AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in delivery.

• Assist in delivering an AI Fabric Platform that enhances conversational AI capabilities throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems utilizing Go.

• Proficient in GCP or Azure and contemporary CI/CD practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of system design, event-driven architectures, scalability, security, reliability, and observability.

• Experience in creating modern web applications with React or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with CloudFlare.

• Background in enterprise integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Experience with LiveKit, conversational AI, contact centers, voice/telephony, Kafka, Databricks, or AI/ML technologies is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to work independently.

• Proficient in utilizing enterprise-approved AI tools effectively.
