📋 Description

• Contribute to the architecture of our Performance Medicine product, starting from the initial technical blueprint to the final deployed code.

• Develop Ruby services that securely handle and transfer athlete medical information, where precision and confidentiality are paramount.

• Address the reliability and scalability challenges of a platform utilized by numerous teams in the world's premier leagues.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the medical and performance teams who depend on the product, tailoring it to fit their actual workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of software development experience in a professional environment, preferably with a focus on a SaaS product.

• Demonstrable examples of achievements where you advanced a product or a team.

• Experience working alongside product managers and designers to deliver functional products that meet user needs.

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems.
