Senior Power Platform Tech Lead – Banking/Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Business Process Automation: Create, develop, and implement low-code automation solutions; transition legacy bots; connect with Teams, Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.

• Governance & Security: Establish DLP, RBAC, auditing, and change management; enhance performance and reliability.

• Team Leadership: Guide junior builders, facilitate requirements sessions, and contribute reusable templates/patterns.

• Stakeholder Management: Work alongside business leaders, negotiate trade-offs, and liaise with vendors.

• System Architecture: Collaborate with architects to craft scalable solutions; offer advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Risk & Impact Analysis: Oversee risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout complex projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level automation solutions.

• Extensive hands-on proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.

• Strong foundation in banking, lending, or financial services systems.

• Familiarity with agentic solutions, Azure Functions, APIs, SQL/Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Solid understanding of ALM, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/Azure DevOps.

• Pro-code experience (C#, JavaScript, Python) is preferred for custom connectors and complex integrations.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

• Certifications (Required/Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (required).

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) (required).

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred).

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) (preferred).

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (nice-to-have).
