This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain software applications by implementing new features and resolving bugs.
• Engage in pull requests, code reviews, and adhere to established coding standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to tackle technical challenges and fulfill project requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Assist in identifying and addressing software issues.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and project reports.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficient in software development, capable of working effectively within a team, and possessing solid debugging skills.
• Ability to lead small projects, innovate in the role, and provide training to colleagues.
• Capacity to develop high-quality code, collaborate across teams, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, coding best practices, and software maintenance.
• Second Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of each month, excluding November and December due to the holiday schedule). Please note that this benefit is subject to change.
