This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with a team of software engineers and domain experts to create, develop, and deliver advanced software solutions.
• Design and execute innovative, scalable, and resilient applications to address intricate business challenges.
• Develop, test, deploy, and sustain high-quality software throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while assisting team members in their problem-solving efforts.
• Conduct code reviews and evaluate pull requests to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Expand, maintain, and enhance automated unit test coverage to guarantee software reliability and quality.
• Over 3 years of experience in the .NET ecosystem, encompassing .NET, .NET Core, or .NET Framework using C# and/or VB.NET.
• Experience in ASP.NET Core MVC application development.
• Proficiency in LINQ for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) technologies, including Entity Framework and LINQ to SQL.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Relational database development experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including:
• Complex stored procedures and functions.
• Query optimization and performance tuning.
• Database design and data access best practices.
• Proficiency in source control and CI/CD practices using Git, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with search and caching technologies, such as OpenSearch.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• At least 1 year of experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience applying AI tools to enhance developer productivity, code generation, debugging, and documentation.
• General understanding of ANSI HIPAA electronic healthcare transactions, including 835, 837, 270, 271, and related transaction sets.
• Familiarity with Health Information Technology (HIT) concepts, standards, and healthcare software development practices.
• Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and automated testing best practices.
