Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deploy innovative algorithms and tools within our monitoring software platform.

• Perform both routine and non-routine testing on current algorithms to detect bugs and areas for improvement.

• Record algorithm implementation, user requirements, and technical specifications.

• Adhere to established methodologies and enhance existing models.

• Utilize structured, scientific problem-solving techniques to tackle technical challenges.

• Enhance the comprehension and application of complex system designs.

• Accurately estimate the time needed to complete familiar tasks and projects.

• Communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently within a team setting.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams through effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools as part of the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in C# and Python.

• Experience in project-based software development.

• Familiarity with algorithm development and software testing methodologies.
