Software Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute automation solutions utilizing AI agents and RPA for billing processes.

• Assess intricate billing workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate automation solutions with current systems.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated systems to guarantee functionality and performance.

• Track automation performance and recommend ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying automation solutions with AI agents and RPA.

• Robust understanding of billing processes along with strong business acumen.

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Acquainted with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

• Capability to work collaboratively and convey complex concepts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
