Software Engineer – AI Code Licensing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for an initial evaluation of its potential licensing value.

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets the necessary qualifications.

• Evaluate the estimated value prior to making a decision on whether to move forward.

• Obtain compensation in accordance with the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

• Submit repositories including abandoned startups, discontinued products, personal projects, internal tools, prior SaaS products, applications, platforms, or any other original software repositories with clear ownership and licensing rights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Full ownership or legal rights to license the provided source code.

• Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or software developed independently.

• Code must not contain third-party materials that you are not authorized to sublicense.
