Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Growth Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative features for the AI chatbot platform while contributing to the technical roadmap.

• Quickly develop proof-of-concepts to assess chatbot functionalities, agent behaviors, and product concepts prior to production.

• Utilize LangSmith to trace, debug, evaluate, and monitor LLM applications during both development and production phases.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to uphold strong engineering principles and embody engineering values.

• Present new features to internal stakeholders during company-wide all-hands meetings.

• Manage projects from initial idea through to release, focusing on customer outcomes.

• Navigate ambiguity and adapt as the technology landscape evolves.

• Work with technologies such as React, Redux, Node, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redis, Postgres, vector databases, AWS Cloud Technologies, and other emerging languages, systems, and models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.

• More than 3 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• At least 3 years of experience in Node.js.

• Practical experience in building conversational agents using LangGraph.js (including multi-turn dialogue management and tool/function calling).

• Familiarity with debugging tools, such as Datadog.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.

• A solid understanding of REST communication.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of customer empathy.

• Product-oriented mindset.

• Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality work.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
