Software Engineer – AI Code Licensing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for an initial evaluation of its licensing potential.

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing possibilities if the repository meets the qualifications.

• Review the estimated value prior to making a decision on whether to proceed.

• Obtain compensation pursuant to the agreed licensing terms upon the completion of a transaction.

• Assist in assessing abandoned startups, discontinued products, personal projects, internal tools, previous SaaS products, applications, platforms, and other original repositories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.

• The code must not contain third-party material that you are not authorized to sublicense.

• $100 per 1M source-code tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.

• $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.
