Software Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping and implementing the roadmap for agentic systems and intelligence infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with the team to design, create prototypes, and transition systems into production.

• Coordinate agents and oversee knowledge management, context, and intelligence collection that benefit clients.

• Participate in initial experimentation, architectural design, prototyping, workflow planning, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade intelligent systems and distributed platform infrastructure.

• Practical experience in creating AI-driven products, encompassing LLM-based multi-agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and knowledge-centric applications.

• Solid foundational understanding of essential AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automated evaluations, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks.

• Proven experience in constructing scalable, high-performance data and application pipelines that ensure the reliable and secure execution of resource-demanding AI workflows.

• Background in multi-tenant system design, emphasizing the implementation of secure data practices and appropriate segmentation when developing or interacting with AI workflows.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols, including the construction of robust streaming pipelines (SSE) for AI-enhanced user experiences.
