Software Engineer – Agentic Search Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 25-minute conversational interview.

• Discuss your perspective on search quality, evaluation, and the trade-offs in real-world systems.

• Share specific experiences and insights from your work with production search systems.

• If the interview is exceptional, you might have the opportunity to take part in a paid 30-minute live discussion with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in production environments delivering search systems, particularly agentic search systems.

• Proven ownership of relevance or retrieval capabilities for systems utilized by actual users.

• Demonstrated ability to quantify the impact and enhancements made to search systems.

• Background in developing systems associated with agentic search.

• Experience in scaling data infrastructure for contemporary search systems.

• Proficient in discussing search quality, evaluation, and the trade-offs considered in real systems.

• Completion of a 25-minute conversational interview is required.

• No coding or take-home tasks are necessary.
