Software Development Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing or coordinating development activities within Agile Development teams, or working independently as necessary.

• Serving as a specialist in the creation of software applications and microservices.

• Evaluating user requirements to design and implement efficient software solutions.

• Ensuring the team effectively embraces and applies agile development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree accompanied by 10 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.

• Proven experience in developing applications and microservices within an agile framework.

• Demonstrated capability in leading a team operating in an agile setting.

• Experience in creating AWS cloud-native solutions and architecting containerized microservices.

• Background in developing applications within a DevSecOps environment.

• Proven experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular, and SQL.

• Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Must be eligible to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
