Software Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Backend Specialist within Serasa Experian’s Identity and Fraud unit, part of the Platforms team.

• Collaborate across various squads.

• Aid in technical decision-making and the evolution of the platform.

• Partner with Tech Leads and Architecture to establish standards, best practices, and reusable solutions.

• Recognize development bottlenecks and implement enhancements for productivity and quality.

• Investigate and encourage the utilization of ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, skills, and automation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Assist in the advancement of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed solutions.

• Develop components, templates, and tools that enhance team workflows.

• Share expertise and foster the technical development of engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development and large-scale systems.

• Proficient in C# / .NET.

• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB.

• Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices.

• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools in software development.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development methodologies, including code generation and review, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, agents, and automation.

• Capability to work collaboratively with Architecture, Tech Leads, Engineering, and Product teams.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence technically, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
