Senior Developer – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and tailor functionalities in the Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Benefits modules within the G5 and G7 environments, utilizing LSP and CBDS.

• Establish business rules in LSP for event calculations, reports, and customized user interfaces.

• Design and create REST and SOAP integrations between Senior HCM and external systems, including SAP CPI, EBS, and GTEC.

• Develop web services and APIs to facilitate real-time data exchange and batch processing.

• Create unit and integration tests to enhance code coverage and reduce regressions.

• Engage in code reviews, aiding in the establishment of development standards and the promotion of Clean Code methodologies.

• Clearly document architectures, APIs, and business processes while ensuring that documentation remains current.

• Collaborate effectively with Business, UX, and Infrastructure teams, supporting continuous and efficient delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing on Senior HCM G5 and G7, encompassing customizations and integrations.

• Proficient knowledge of LSP, CBDS, SGU, and Senior Middleware.

• Intermediate understanding of SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including querying and optimization techniques.

• Advanced expertise in REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and Clean Code practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Background in medium to large enterprises or consultancies focused on Senior Sistemas.

• Knowledge of SeniorX BPM (G7) and/or SAP CPI, including BPMN modeling and APIs, is advantageous.

• Intermediate skills in Java, JavaScript, or C# are preferred.
