Senior C# Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend applications utilizing C# and .NET.

• Assist in the transition from the Microsoft ecosystem (including Windows Server and MS SQL) to Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, domain experts, and stakeholders.

• Create technical solutions addressing intricate business needs.

• Introduce new functionalities and consistently improve existing applications.

• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation to operational support.

• Question requirements and offer your own insights to enhance product development.

• Develop practical solutions while considering both business and technological aspects.

• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and sustainable architecture decisions.

• Share your expertise with the team and act as a mentor to colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of recent experience in developing web applications with C# / .NET.

• Extensive knowledge of C# / .NET, relational databases (e.g., MS SQL), and APIs.

• Experience in product-focused development settings with complex business demands.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean coding practices, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).

• Excellent written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).

• Eagerness to take responsibility and proactively share your ideas.

• Commitment to self-directed professional growth and a willingness to learn AI applications.
