Software Development Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee cohorts of students throughout their educational experience

• Offer structure, guidance, and encouragement to learners

• Design and present captivating lessons, workshops, and live coding demonstrations

• Address technical inquiries, obstacles, and educational challenges

• Analyze student feedback and learning metrics to enhance teaching effectiveness

• Perform code evaluations and assessments

• Conduct personalized mentoring sessions to foster individual development

• Collaborate with instructional and program teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in contemporary full-stack web development

• Particularly strong expertise in the MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-driven architectures

• Practical experience with AI integrations in web applications

• Demonstrated capability to teach, mentor, and effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in German at C1–C2 level, preferably native

• Proficient in English

• Experience with C#, Java, or comparable programming languages is advantageous

• Strong comprehension of professional software development processes

• Capacity to exemplify clean, organized, and maintainable coding practices

• Empathy, organization, and a learner-centric approach

• Commitment to continuous learning, growth, and enhancement of technical skills and teaching methodologies

• Ability to work collaboratively across instructional and program teams
