This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete test automation process for our Blazor WebAssembly front end, encompassing UI and functional test suites (e.g., Playwright).
• Develop and sustain API test coverage for our .NET Core back-end APIs, Azure Function applications, and a dedicated authentication service — including integration, contract, and regression testing.
• Implement mobile test automation for our .NET MAUI mobile application across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Utilize Claude Enterprise to efficiently create, modify, and maintain test scripts, while also helping establish best practices for AI-assisted testing within the team.
• Integrate testing within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure automated suites execute with every build and release, complete with clear pass/fail indicators and actionable failure reports.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics — such as escaped defects, coverage, and flaky test rates — and utilize these metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize testability during design and code reviews, as well as to reproduce, isolate, and validate bug fixes.
• Conduct focused exploratory testing when automation isn't suitable, particularly for new features and edge cases.
• 4+ years of experience in test automation, SDET, or software engineering roles with a strong emphasis on testing.
• Proficient in C#/.NET — capable of writing production-quality test code rather than merely utilizing record-and-playback scripts.
• Practical experience with contemporary UI automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Background in constructing API-level test suites (REST, integration testing, test data management).
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as an integral part of your workflow, or possess a strong eagerness to adopt them.
• Self-motivated and adept at taking ownership of a domain within a small team.
• Competitive salary, demonstrating our dedication to attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent in the industry.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with paid time off and holidays, and employer 401(K) matching.
• Flexibility to work remotely with several onsite sessions each year to enhance collaboration and team bonding.
• A vibrant and inclusive team culture where you can rely on your colleagues, provide honest feedback, express your authentic self each day, and make a significant impact while enjoying the journey.
• Engaging and meaningful work each day; we are deeply committed to our mission, our patients, and each other.
