This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and introduce a new product within Adobe’s incubation ecosystem.
• Design, construct, and enhance comprehensive product capabilities for an enterprise influencer-management platform.
• Create backend services and workflows for creator discovery, campaign planning, collaboration, contract management, performance tracking, and analytics.
• Incorporate AI-driven features for creator matching, campaign optimization, content insights, and workflow automation.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic AI systems for task orchestration, recommendation frameworks, and automated campaign support.
• Establish scalable data pipelines and connections with social networks, analytics tools, marketing systems, external platforms, and APIs.
• Create intuitive and efficient front-end experiences for campaign management, creator collaboration, and performance analysis.
• Ensure that systems are dependable, efficient, secure, and scalable to meet enterprise standards.
• Contribute to observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks to ensure reliable and transparent AI-driven features.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to rapidly deliver features while upholding enterprise-grade standards.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and take charge of complex challenges within a dynamic, flat incubator team.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in developing full-stack web applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in agentic AI development.
• Experience in designing and constructing scalable APIs, backend services, and contemporary web architectures.
• Background in integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or machine learning capabilities into production applications.
• Familiarity with data modeling, integrations, and external platforms or third-party services.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities across frontend, backend, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, multifunctional settings.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with modern deployment practices.
• Base salary range of $173,500–$331,050 annually across U.S. geographic markets.
• California pay range of $228,600–$331,050.
• Massachusetts pay range of $198,700–$287,650.
• Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) available for non-sales roles.
